Aneurysm rupture in normal pregnancies: 8% ruptured in
the first 3 months, 22% in the next 3 months, 59% between the seventh and tenth
month, only 3% during labor, and 8% in the puerperium.
..but bleeding from aneurysms and vascular malformations account for 25% to 35% of
intracranial hemorrhages during pregnancy.
